The Present Word Class

10:00 AM IN WORKROOM. FOR DETAILS CONTACT GARY DARDEN (346-9093)

The Fall Quarter theme is New Testament Community.  The November unit is The New Community Faces Growth Pains

During the Fall Quarter we'll survey the New Testament.  Our general theme for the quarter challenges us to see the New Testament through the lens of community.  We begin our study by first looking at the four gospels and the birth of a new community, and then we move to an exploration of the development and work of this new community with the study of the books of Acts. We conclude with the growing pains the new community experienced through conflict, struggle and persecution as described in the epistles.

Inquirer's Class

Small Groups Opportunities at TCPC

The Tuesday Morning All Church Bible Study

10:00 AM

CONTACT BRENDA HALBROOKS (270-5452)

We have begun a study entitled Invitation to John, led by Brenda Halbrooks.  TCPC members (men & women!) are welcome to join.  In its wisdom, the early church choose to keep the four Gospel accounts of the life, ministry, death and resurrection of Jesus.  Three of these Gospels are very similar to each other in both what they tell about the story of Jesus and how they tell it.  However, the Gospel of John stands apart.  in it, we find Jesus speaking not in parables but in lengthy discourses.  If you are interested in a weekday Bible study, please join our group.

Tuesday Morning Men's Bible Study

6:00 AM IN WORKROOM

CONTACT NEIL PALMER (360-1969), ROBERT OLSON (756-7546)

Sunday Night Men's Bible Study
